Service Description
Beginners aerial yoga. Ideal for those that want to start their aerial adventure or just try something new. No prior experience needed to attend this class all abilities are welcome. In this class we will explore a different way to develop strength, control and flexibility whilst in, on and against the hammock. This class is taken by Sam on Tuesday evenings. Please remember your water bottle and your yoga mat for this class. Please note that we request that all jewellery must be removed when participating in this class. We look forward to meeting you.

Cancellation Policy
This class has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your space over 24 hours prior to the class start time class credit notes are available for the full class amount but please note that due to transaction charges that all money refunds will have automatic deductions.
