A fusion of choreographed Pilates, Yoga and Barre inspired moves all taught to the beat of the music. Fun, challenging and a true muscle sculptor, leaving no muscle untouched including your cardiovascular system. A fitness class with a difference especially designed for 1st Position Fitness, not like you get any where else. Live sessions are conducted via Zoom and the link will be updated weekly in the members section. The Video will alos be available for 24hrs if you can not make the live zoom class.
Stretch and Flexibility
This 30 minute class will help you work on you flexibility and get you body moving through a series of stretches and flowing movements. This is usually a pre recoded class but whilst doors are closed this will be conducted as a weekly Zoom class on Monday’s at 6pm. The Zoom link will be updated weekly in the membership area and the video will be available for 48hrs if you can-not make the live session.
Pilates High Intensity Interval Training is a HIIT style class that is a combination of Cardio and Pilates inspired moves for a fun and effective all rounder. Cardio mixed with Pilates say what!
Slowing down the pace but not on challenges. Adore your core with this mat Pilates session whilst connecting mind and body through breath and movement. This workout aims to help improve your posture, muscle tone and mobility whilst caring for your well being.
