Class Descriptions

Aerial Yoga 

Promotes Conditioning and Flexibility. A challenging but fun and unique class incorporating yoga, stretch and an incredible core exercises. Student's perform all exercises in silks that are formed into a wide aerial sling hung like a hammock. The hammock is used to support your body weight, whilst performing a variety of yoga poses, aerial crunches and enabling deep stretches in a more relaxed way. There's no other work out like in the South Birmingham area...…….

 

Pop Pilates 

A powerful fusion of music, strength, and choreography that takes classical Pilates to the next level. It's a total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer's body like nothing else can. No muscle is left untouched...…..
