Student's perform all exercises in silks that are formed into a wide aerial sling hung like a hammock. Very friendly instructors. A good place to imporve flexibility and strength. Don't convince yourself you need to be both those things to come to class, you really dont as you'll build it.
Great classes, great environment and really friendly members and staff. You really do get to work at your own pace and achieve your own personal goals.
